1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the oke6 platform at oke6.cam, registering an account, or using any service provided by oke6, you enter into a legally binding agreement with oke6 and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the oke6 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with oke6. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether under different names or contact details, are strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and confiscation of funds.

2.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your oke6 account are your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you, until you notify oke6 customer support of unauthorized access.

oke6 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings to enhance account security. While oke6 employs industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to security breaches and you use the platform at your own risk.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Currency and Payment Methods

All transactions on the oke6 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). oke6 supports various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq deposits. Payment method availability may vary and oke6 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payment options without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Requirements

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of verified payment processing errors. Deposited funds become part of your oke6 wallet balance and may be used for gameplay or withdrawn subject to the terms herein.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Promotional Offers

5.2 Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 6. Account Suspension, Termination, and Self-Exclusion

6.1 oke6's Right to Suspend or Terminate

oke6 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at any time if the user is found to have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity or security of the platform. Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination resulted from fraudulent conduct or material breach of these Terms.

oke6 is not required to provide advance notice of suspension or termination, though it will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for such action upon request. Decisions regarding account termination are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of demonstrable error.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

Players who wish to limit their gambling activity may activate self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion periods may be set for durations ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in to your oke6 account, deposit funds, or participate in any gameplay.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has expired. oke6 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from circumventing self-exclusion through creation of new accounts, but you acknowledge that ultimate responsibility for managing your gambling behavior rests with you.

All content on the oke6 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of oke6 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the oke6 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any oke6 content without express written permission from oke6.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, oke6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, speci al, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the oke6 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if oke6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oke6 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond oke6's control may result in temporary service interruptions. oke6 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such interruptions, including any open bets or game rounds affected by a disconnection.

Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. By using the oke6 platform, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your account. oke6 makes no representation or warranty that you will win any particular sum or derive any financial benefit from using the platform. All outcomes are subject to chance and are governed by the RTP (Return to Player) rates disclosed for each game.

You agree not to use the oke6 platform for any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. Violation of this provision will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and mandatory reporting to relevant Philippine authorities, including the AMLC, PAGCOR, and law enforcement agencies.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the oke6 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through oke6 customer support by emailing [email protected] or using the live chat function available to registered members. oke6 customer support will respond to all written disputes within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body operating under Philippine jurisdiction. Both parties waive the right to pursue disputes through class action litigation. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a competent Philippine court where warranted.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

oke6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes may take effect without advance notice.

Your continued use of the oke6 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using oke6 and contact customer support to close your account.
